Recently, we got to thinking about something we were very excited about: what do our dear customers think beyond the typical Google stars or the latest review programme in vogue? We know that those stars are like virtual tips and that many of you go by them. But here among us, sometimes it hurts a little bit and lowers our self-esteem. Why? Because we know we are not perfect, we make mistakes.
Your Voice, Our Engine for Improvement
We have an amazing team who do their best to make sure you leave with a smile on your face, but sometimes recognition in the form of reviews escapes us.
The team got down to work and we thought about how we could get closer to you in an easier and quicker way to find out what you like, what you don't like so much, listen to your stories and see your photos. That's how our special corner was born: the «Experiential Corner We're All Ears». In each of our stores you will see our totem, you just need to scan the code and voila, leave us your opinion, no more complications.
We want to improve, keep making you happy and find a way to make what you are asking for a reality. We are here to really listen to you, with all the attitude.
