We share with you how to make your own homemade pizza and have a great day with your family and friends. .

  • In these difficult times, we also want to be with you.
  • We know how to make pizzas and today we are going to show you through a ‘home workshop’ how you can cook your pizza at home.
  • We want to share with you and your loved ones a great time, Pizza Stick style!
INGREDIENTS:

1 kg flour

One teaspoon of salt

45 / 50 grams of fresh yeast

1/2 litre of warm water

RECIPE:
  • Knead until a homogeneous dough is formed.
  • Form into a ball and leave to rest on the counter.
  • Place flour underneath and cover with a tea towel so that no air enters through any gaps.
  • Leave to stand for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 180º.
  • Once it has risen, make different scones according to your moulds.
  • Spread the dough with your fingers with gentle movements to stretch it out (you must oil the moulds beforehand).
  • Place tomato or any other base of your choice and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Once outside, get creative and use the ingredients in your fridge.
  • Finally put it back in the oven until the cheese is golden brown and check that the floor / base is cooked and ready to enjoy!

Here we are Nahuel and I (Andrea Di Bella) sharing with you how to make your homemade pizza and spend a great day with your loved ones cooking and sharing chats and smiles around a pizza as we used to do at home with my grandfather.

A sincere and transparent video from our kitchen with the sole intention of sharing a recipe and spending a little time together.

We are not experts in making cooking videos, but the important thing is the intention and that we want to accompany you at least for a little while to alleviate what we are experiencing.
