At Pizza Stick we have developed our protocol for opening pizzerias with guarantees, the roadmap in times of Coronavirus. Thanks to it, we protect the wellbeing of all the people involved in the day-to-day running of PIZZA STICK: staff, delivery staff, suppliers and customers.
Our protocol of preventive health and hygiene measures turns the premises into places prepared to prevent the spread of COVID-19. It consists of measures ranging from the disinfection of the facilities by external companies to ZERO PHYSICAL CONTACT measures between people or cleaning protocols.
How have we adapted to the measures necessary to open safely and to cope with the situation we experienced with COVID-19?
Our preventive health and safety measures in pizzerias are:
- Disinfection of facilities according to the cleaning and disinfection plan.
- 0 person-to-person contact measures.
- Respect safety lines 1.5 outside and inside as much as possible.
- Barrier zone between equipment and client (methacrylate screens).
- Constant disinfection (every 2 hrs.) of barrier zones and working areas + utensils
- Take care when packing orders, wear gloves and clean hands - WE DO NOT DELIVER BY HAND -
- We place the order for home delivery in the pre-post disinfection thermal bags - NO HAND DELIVERY -
- Constant communication and monitoring with our team to act quickly in case of any COVID19 symptom.
In addition to the general measures recommended:
- Thorough and frequent hand washing.
- Use of face masks throughout the service.
- Cover mouth or nose or use disposable handkerchief when coughing.
- Isolate yourself in case of symptoms.
- Remember that COVID is not transmitted through food.
- Our oven works at a temperature of more than 300º.
Take-away or home delivery system:
- Call us to order your order to be picked up on the premises or for home delivery, or to reserve your table on the terrace.
- You will also soon be able to book your table online, we are working on it!
- A maximum of one person per worker shall enter the premises.
- Always respect the safety distance and order delivery zones.
- Hydraloric gel is available at each location.
Specific measures for home delivery service in all Pizza Stick pizzerias in La Cerdanya:
- Order by telephone.
- Preferential payment by credit card.
- The delivery driver notifies the customer of his arrival, and prepares his order contact 0, leaving an empty pizza box and placing his order on the box + the tpv disinfected in each use ready to use again.
- After delivery, the POS, thermal bags and the vehicle are disinfected.
Specific measures for the terrace area of the Pizza Stick pizzerias in Puigcerdà and Escadarcs:
- Pre and post cleaning and disinfection of tables, chairs and cards.
- The cutlery + clean utensils are placed once the diners have arrived.
