Today I want to share with you all one of our most special events: the Pizza Stick Days. Have you ever heard of them?
At Pizza Stick, we're passionate about bringing you artisan pizza that can brighten any day of the year. And also, to take care of our team and strengthen our relationships within PIZZA STICK FAMILY. That's why we organise Pizza Stick Days, team-building days that allow us to grow together, learn and create a rounded experience under the Pizza Stick seal.
At our last edition of Pizza Stick Days, I was honoured to have the special assistance of Miren Villena, founder of @elnoucalcateri. Miren is an expert in transforming my ideas into Gastronomic versions and she gave us her knowledge and Bonitism, in creating breakfast boxes in line with what I wanted my team to feel: a lot of pampering and to make them feel special.
During the Pizza Stick Days, we carried out a series of activities and dynamics that allowed us to strengthen ties, enhance our skills and learn from each other. In these dynamics it was a pleasure to work with 2 very special partners, part of the Stick family: Andreea Iurian and Lorena Olivencia.
Our aim was to create a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for us to express ourselves freely, to improve our internal communication and to prepare for the summer in the best possible way.
We also took the opportunity to show new dishes, taste them and finalise the last details, to have everything ready for the SUMMER STICK!
I would also like to thank the constant support of Laura Cespedes, I am a business process advisor who brings order to your business through various tools, such as systemic constellation and coaching, among others. Their contributions and guidance make our experiences add up.
And special mention to Camilo Urrego, He is my mentor in emotional management and intraleadership, because thanks to his support, my ideas come to life and I can make deeper connections with my team, towards a more humane and sustainable company for all.
At Pizza Stick, we're not just about making delicious pizzas, we're also about our team and providing enriching experiences for both ourselves and our customers.
