Here's to a Wednesday full of entertainment, inspiration, motivation and smiles!
I wanted to find a way to communicate with you, to express myself and at the same time entertain you, inspire you, motivate you and bring a smile to your face!
Thinking about the theme for this blog, suddenly almost by chance after a few frantic months, I realised that every time I go to work in my pizzeria we do a lot of work, and I have to go to the pizzeria to get some food and drink. PIZZA THERAPY.

The pizza therapy is real, it exists every night (especially on weekends) with my work team.
The funny thing is that even though that day you say to yourself: ‘today's pizza break’ (because we work with them every day), in the end it always comes out. We choose from all the ingredients, or sometimes the pizza maker chooses the pizza.
From there, a connection is created that goes like a pizza: in a roundabout way. We talk about everything from transcendental topics to the most ephemeral and we end up leaving the plate empty and thinking about the next pizza amidst laughter, jokes and a lot of work.
Most of the time, without realising it, we solve the most difficult dilemmas, others we just share experiences.
Sometimes we only need the simplest things to see the glass half full. And I believe, more and more, that happiness is not in the big projects or in the most far-fetched feats, but in those small day-to-day details that make your smile spread throughout your body.
Like a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, a kiss from your child for the sake of it, a ray of sunshine when you open your eyes, or share your ham, bacon and pineapple pizza with goat cheese with the most important person in your life.
If you like, I invite you to fill yourself with imaginary flour and dive right into our world of the pizza therapy.
And why not, to eat the world which sometimes looks a lot like a pizza!
